Helpful Tips: 
1) For "Warehouse Pick Up" select approximate time of arrival at the warehouse for start time, then select the overnight button for the approximate end time. You can adjust times as the event gets closer.

2) For "Overnight Rental" select "actual" start time of the event and ensure to arrive before that time (we tell customers that it could be approximately 1-8 hours before the event, that we will let them know an estimated arrival time when we do our confirmation call the week of the event) , then select the overnight button for the approximate end time.

3) For "Concierge Service" select "actual" start & end time of the event , ie "We arrive early to set up"
